The products in Luengo Color S.L.U.’s Luengoprint Range are water-based pigment dispersions of excellent fineness, designed to offer high-quality products adapted to the strictest and most rigorous international regulations, depending on the market and application required.  

That is why the Luengoprint Range is composed of different product families, classified according to the applicable regulations to be complied with or the industry of application of the product. 

All the families of products in the Luengoprint Range are free of VOCs, APEO and PFAS in their formulation and are developed with high-quality pigments that are subjected to strict quality controls in their manufacturing process.

Product families in the Luengoprint Range

LUENGOPRINT L

•    The products in the Luengoprint L Range are organic and inorganic pigment dispersions that are free of binders and resins in their formulation, designed for application in dyeing and textile stamping processes. 

•    They are high-quality products that offer a wide range of shades, brightness, and colour intensity while ensuring high reliability, excellent reproducibility, and suitable for almost all types of dyeing and textile printing systems. 

•    Most of the products in the Luengoprint L Range offer high thermal stability, ensuring that tones do not vary with the usual fluctuations in production conditions, making them suitable for use in industries such as technical textiles, home textiles, or automotive textiles.

•    In addition, a careful selection of products from the Luengoprint L Range is suitable for certification under the most requested regulations in the industry: OEKO TEX STD 100, GOTS, ZDHC, Bluesign or The List.

LUENGOPRINT W

•    The products in the Luengoprint W Range have been specially developed to meet the needs of the current leather finishing and pigmentation tanning industry. With the application of Luengoprint W products, a high level of coverage is achieved, meaning that in leathers with a poor grain, once the colour has been applied, the defects in the leather are no longer visible.

•    These products are suitable for use in both cationic and anionic systems, they do not contain heavy metals, and their formulation does not include plasticising agents or caseins that could interact with the different finishing products used in the leather production process. 

•    The products in the Luengoprint W Range can be combined in any ratio with each other, which enables a wide range of different shades and colours. They are also suitable for use with automatic dosing machines.

LUENGOPRINT CA

•    The products in the Luengoprint CA Range are water-based dispersions of organic and inorganic pigment designed for contact with food that meet the requirements of the main regulations on plastic materials and objects.

•    Luengoprint CA products comply with the following international regulations: USA – FDA (21 CFR 178.3297); European Union (Regulation (EU) 10/2011); Switzerland (SR 817.023.21); Mercosur (GMC / Resolution 15/2010 and GMC / Resolution 32/2007); Japan (JHOSPA) and China (Standard GB9685-2016).  

•    The main applications of the Luengoprint CA Range of products include colouring processes for rigid food packaging, flexible food packaging, or thermoformed containers and trays.

LUENGOPRINT E71

•    The products in the Luengoprint E71 Range are water-based dispersions of high-quality organic and inorganic pigments, which are suitable for use in accordance with the different parts of the European Standard E71 on Toy Safety.   

•    In particular, the products of the Luengoprint E71 Range comply with the following parts of the E71 Standard: Part 3 – Migration of certain elements; Part 7 – Finger paints and Part 12 – N-nitrosamines and N-nitrosamines substances.

•    The main applications of the products in the Luengoprint E71 Range include plastics and plasticising agents for toy coating, colouring of children's craft products, finger painting, and colouring of latex and synthetic resins.

LUENGOPRINT FLX

•    The products in the Luengoprint FLX Range are ultra-milled pigment dispersions ensuring that 100% of the product has a particle size of less than 0.5 µm, which makes them suitable for flexo or digital inkjet printing processes. 

•    The main applications of the Luengoprint FLX Range of products are in the packaging market: labels, paper, folding cardboard, corrugated or flexible packaging, and increasingly in the textile industry for digital inkjet printing. 

•    In addition, a careful selection of products of the Luengoprint FLX Range for digital inkjet printing is suitable for certification under the most requested regulations in the industry, such as: OEKO TEX STD 100, GOTS, ZDHC, Bluesign or The List.
