Luengopol
They are pigment dispersions, organic and inorganic, stabilized in a polyol of molecular weight 4700 u.
They are completely solvent-free products in their formulation, which present an excellent fineness. In addition, they are developed with pigments that have excellent resistance to the outside and to UV rays.
They present an extraordinary dyeing power thanks to the micronization process and the high concentration of pigment they possess.
They are compatible with each other, which allows to achieve a wide range of colors in the dosing machine.
APPLICATIONS
- Application in polymers for coatings, adhesives and sealants, plasticizers, polyester, polyurethane and polyurea foams.
RANGE PROPERTIES
When using polyurethanes, the water content must not exceed 0.05% and the use of Luengopol Range products with solvents containing free hydroxyl groups is not recommended.
They are soluble products in aromatic solvents, esters and acetones.
They have very good fluidity and are ideal for working in automatic dosing and tinting systems.
They are miscible in any proportion between them and can be used either per unit of weight or per unit volume.
