One of the essential requirements in the commercial relations between Luengo Color S.L.U. and its suppliers is that the products supplied by them comply with the European Regulation EC 1907/2006 (REACH).
We want to guarantee our customers that we comply with the European regulations about the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemical substances and preparations.
ECOLABEL
Our products comply with ECOLABEL regulations to facilitate our customers’ certification in this range.
REGULATION E71: Toy Safety
We have a range of products tested, certified according to Toy Safety regulations by AIJU Laboratory (accredited by ENAC):
- Migration of certain elements of EN71-3:2019+A1:2014
- Part 7: Finger paints, migration of certain elements of EN 71-7:2014+A1:2017(E)
- Part 12: N-nitrosamines and N-nitrosoluble substances according to EN71-12:2017

We are up to date in legislation of each country thanks to the Chemeter, a leading program at a global level, with which we can generate the safety data sheets of our products in the language of the country of sale and design their corresponding CLP and GHS labels.
